Datalogic notified us on the 1^st of April about an increase of their list prices, valid starting the 1^st of May 2022. Unfortunately, Datalogic has informed us of all the details concerning this price increase only today, specifically how it will affect you (and us). We have protested strongly against this and also objected to the price increase. However, we have little hope of persuading the manufacturer in this manner to change their plans.

Here is a breakdown of the relevant information for you:

• Starting the 1^st of May 2022, the new list prices will apply to all new orders.
• You will receive all your orders that we deliver by the 31^st of May 2022 at the old price.
• Regardless of the order date, all deliveries made as of the 1^st of June 2022 will be affected by the price increase. If this change applies to existing orders, those will be revised. In such a case, we will send you updated documents.
• All your projects remain valid until their expiry date. New projects and project extensions will need to be requested and re-negotiated as usual.

The following price increases apply to the individual product groups:

• Handheld scanners:
  • Gryphon family: 11%
  • QuickScan family: 8%
  • Retail scanners (Touch, Heron, Rida): 11%
  • PowerScan family: 8%
  • HandScanner: 4%
  • Accessories: price increase depends on specific model
• All mobile computers: 10%
• All fixed retail scanners: Preiserhöhung modellabhängig
• All stationary industrial scanners: 10%
• All laser marking systems: 10%
