For a deeper look at barcode scanning, Datalogic has launched the new PowerScan 9600 DPX series. The ergonomic wired, cordless or Bluetooth industrial handheld scanners capture printed 1D, 2D and postal codes, as well as Direct Part Marks (DPM), which are increasingly used for direct and permanent part labelling. They also feature 3GL and Motionix motion detection technology, support EASEOFCARE service plans and are robust. Their housing is IP65/IP67 certified and withstands drops from a height of up to 2.5 metres.
