The Zebra ZD220 compact desktop printer is very reliable and has the features to meet all entry-level printer needs. Its double-walled construction also ensures even greater stability and a robust design. Being the successor to the popular GC420, it additionally benefits from abundant experience that was incorporated during its development. This makes the ZD220 an investment that really pays off – ideal for usage in transportation, logistics, retail and healthcare.
The ZD220 is available as both a direct thermal and thermal transfer printer. In both variants, it creates 1D and 2D barcodes quickly and reliably. Thus, it is optimally suited for the diverse printing of labels and receipts, up to tickets, tags and ID cards. It quickly prints at up to 102 mm/sec. with a print resolution of 203 dpi. To ensure it fits aesthetically into any environment, the ZD220 (and ZD230) are available with either black or white housing.
The large memory of 128 MB flash and 128 MB SDRAM of the ZD220 allows you to store significantly more fonts, graphics and pre-defined labels. Thanks to USB, the ZD220 is easy to install and immediately ready to use. Handling of the ZD220 is also very simple: it is operated via an LED display and a single button for feed and pause. You also see the print status at a glance. Optionally, the ZD220 is available with an integrated peeler – which saves time during labelling.
The ZD220 is supported by selected software applications from Zebra Print DNA, based on Zebra's Link-OS Basic and optional Zebra service contracts, such as OneCare SV. Together, the applications ensure a cost-effective and reliable printing experience.
