Should a device that was purchased with a Pre-Exchange Service contract break down during the warranty period, a simple phone call to Jarltech is all it takes to promptly receive a replacement device.* Only then do you simply send back the defective device within the next ten days. You keep the replacement device and do not need to exchange it again. The service does not include wearing parts and consumables for the manufacturer’s warranty or, if co-purchased, also for the extended warranty period.
