Description
Label unwinders from Labelmate evenly feed label rolls into the printer – ideal accessory devices for the efficient management of label supplies. Depending on the need you choose between powered and non-powered models, to establish the desired speed. As needed, users may also easily use label rolls with a larger diameter, since they are not situated inside the printer. This, in turn, leads to fewer roll changes and smoother processes. And since the rolls remain visible during the entire printing process, it is easy to monitor the status of your remaining label supply.
Labelmate offers label unwinders for nearly every label width and roll core size, as well as roll diameters up to 400 mm. Powered models provide unvarying torque for consistent print results and also may be used as rewinders, without time-consuming set-up. The combined use of rewinder and unwinder is particularly recommended if labels need to be printed multiple times: load the rolled up labels directly into the unwinder after the first print step, to then continue with production.
