Depending on the requirements, you can retrofit high-speed parallel, Ethernet and Wi-Fi interfaces and change the range of functions accordingly. You get the Ethernet interface in two versions: if the application requires a large number of protocols, then the standard version is the right choice; the more affordable compact version is optimally suited for lower communication requirements. The Wi-Fi interface is compatible with 802.11b/g/n and provides instant wireless connectivity right after installation.
