Buy additional security that you and your customers need for only a few euros extra! Jarltech’s one-click service contracts are easily ordered with your products online with a single click or conveniently over the phone. The services are available for many devices of your choice – forms and applications are not necessary. Simply decide one or both of the following service options when you order your hardware:
Extended Warranty
For a few percent extra you acquire almost all of our products with a full three-year manufacturer-independent warranty. Pre-Exchange Service and Extended Warranty may be combined, however wearing parts and consumables are excluded from the warranty.
Pre-Exchange Service
Should a device that was purchased with a Pre-Exchange Service contract break down during the warranty period, a simple phone call to Jarltech is all it takes to promptly receive a replacement device.* Only then do you simply send back the defective device within the next ten days. You keep the replacement device and do not need to exchange it again. The service does not include wearing parts and consumables for the manufacturer’s warranty or, if co-purchased, also for the extended warranty period.
Perfect Protection: Full Cover Warranty
Jarltech gives you the opportunity to offer your customers excellent service for protection against defects that are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Regardless whether the cause is a drop, exceptional stress, negligence or untrained personnel, with Jarltech’s Full Cover Warranty, you will not be bothered by expensive servicing or unexpected maintenance costs for new hardware any longer. At an extra cost you and your customers receive an all-inclusive, carefree package »Made by Jarltech«. If a device fails during the first three years after purchase, whatever the cause, we repair it or replace it with an equivalent device. Forms and time-consuming quotations are not required.
The advantage for your customers is obvious: even though it includes a higher initial cost, during the warranty period, unexpected costs from hardware defects no longer arise. Over the long term, the investment is safe and the customers can rest assured, as defective hardware is always replaced.
The Jarltech Full Cover Warranty is available for many devices; the exceptions are always consumables and wearing parts, such as print heads. It covers all damage to hardware that you receive from us and that was not caused by vandalism, fire or deliberate destruction. It includes a flat-rate warranty extension to three years, as well as the acceptance of non-warranty coverage.
