Description
With its compact Smart Protect banknote validator, ratiotec supports users at the POS in reliably detecting counterfeit banknotes and quickly removing them from circulation. That’s why it is equipped with automatic currency detection for the euro (EUR), pound sterling (GBP), and Swiss franc (CHF), as well as powerful testing sensors for IR and MG security features, for example. This checks all banknotes 100 percent reliably at a maximum inspection speed of up to 0.5 seconds per banknote.
For unmistakable test feedback, the Smart Protect uses a clearly visible LED bar that lights up green for genuine banknotes and red for suspicious ones, an acoustic warning signal, plus an ejection of suspicious banknotes to the rear. Additionally, ratiotec has paid close attention to a simple self-explanatory operation as well as a compact and practical design during the conception. For cleaning and maintenance, the construction may be easily opened upwards. Its dimensions are a mere 137 x 117 x 62 mm (L x W x H).
